In 2011, 3L Builders was founded in Miami, FL with the vision of offering exceptional services in general construction for commercial and residential, architectural consulting services, construction documents, preparing and writing specifications, planning coordination, shop drawing revisions, and technical supervision and inspections. 3L Builders is Florida General Contractor certified and insured since 2007. 3L Builders is committed to provide honest and smooth experiences to our customers.

The owner and president, Luis Castaneda earned a Bachelor Degree in Architecture at Universidad de las Americas in 1983 in Bogota, Colombia, later validated in the United States by Josef Silny & Associates. Since then he has worked in with religious communities helping expand their outreach in Latin America and the United States. Luis has been responsible for the design, planning, and construction management of more than 90 architectural and construction projects.
